PositionSummary负责产品电气设计、元件选型和验证工作，以及装配流程的标准化。
同时负责生产设备和能源系统的日常管理、维修和保养。
Responsiblefortheelectricaldesign,componentselection,andvalidationofproducts,aswellasthestandardizationofassemblyprocesses.Alsoresponsiblefortheroutinemanagement,maintenance,andupkeepofproductionequipmentandenergysystems.DutiesandResponsibilities:
1.负责电气设计工作，包括电控柜、变频器、继电器、电流保护器、接线箱、人机界面和三相电机等元件的选型，以及物料清单（BOM）的定义；
Responsibleforelectricaldesignwork,includingtheselectionofcomponentssuchascontrolcabinets,frequencyconverters,relays,currentprotectors,junctionboxes,human-machineinterfaces,andthree-phasemotors,aswellasthedefinitionoftheBillofMaterials(BOM);
2.负责控制程序的设计、编写和优化工作，涵盖PLC、HMI和上位机程序；
Inchargeofthedesign,writing,andoptimizationofcontrolsoftware,coveringPLC,HMI,andsupervisorycomputerprograms;
3.负责样品的采购、试装、产品验证、物料清单审核及样品管理；
Accountablefortheprocurement,trialassembly,productverification,BOMreview,andmanagementofsamples;
4.负责编写电气装配作业指导书，制定标准化流程，提供相关培训，以及处理生产过程中及售后服务中出现的问题；
Responsiblefordraftingelectricalassemblyworkinstructions,establishingstandardizedprocesses,providingrelevanttraining,andaddressingissuesthatariseduringtheproductionprocessandafter-salesservice;
5.负责生产设备和能源系统的日常管理、维修和保养工作，制定全面生产维护（TPM）计划并跟踪执行情况；

6.完成领导安排的其他工作任务。

1.精通各类电气元件和传感器的性能评估与选择，包括但不限于电机、断路器、变频器、继电器、保护装置、安全回路、人机交互界面、PLC，以及安全联锁系统。

2.具备PLC和触摸屏编程与调试的专业能力，能够独立设计逻辑图、接线图和原理图，以及进行设备的编程和调试工作。

3.熟悉生产设备及其辅助设施的维护与管理,能够制定有效的维护流程和保养计划，确保设备运行的高效与稳定。

2.拥有5年以上低压电柜设计和装配的工作经验；

3.具备至少2年的生产设备及辅助设备维修经验；
Possessingatleast2yearsofmaintenanceexperiencewithproductionequipmentandauxiliarymachinery;
4.具有较强的适应能力，能够应对工作压力；
